Juvo Board
The Juvo Balance Board has three positions to allow for maximum usability for all fitness levels
- Form: The basic balance board function where it allows the user to get accustomed to being on it and works nicely with beginning exercises and rehab movements.
- Balance: The board can also be used in "balance" mode which creates an UNSTABLE surface that provides additional challenge for all exercises and engages the core more effectively. It also allows for movements to be easily corrected as it gives immediate feedback when alignment is not correct.
- Elevate: The "elevate" position puts the board at an angle to assist in Ab work, as well as giving a more ergonomic angle for lunges, squats and warrior poses.
